Nalini Barma

Secretary

Nalini currently leads the HR Consulting practice at ASSOCIUM Consultants. She is an experienced HR professional who has held both national and global executive roles. She is experienced in facets of HR  including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management and mergers and acquisitions. She is currently the Secretary of the Not-for-Profit Leadership Society.

The NPLS operates under a volunteer Board of Directors comprising of members from the private and public sectors, and is guided by an Advisory Committee of non-profit leaders.
