This one-day session is intended to provide participants with insights into their leadership styles and to provide guidance on the further development of their skills.

Through a combination of best practice theory, tools, role-playing activities and feedback sessions, participants will assess their individual styles and develop an understanding of how to effectively interact with colleagues and team members.

This program is ideal for someone who is interested in moving into a leadership role or who is currently in a leadership role and would like feedback on their style.
