Elizabeth Sharp

Elizabeth brings over two decades of professional experience in Canada’s non-profit sector as a member of the senior leadership teams for a variety of not for profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity Canada and Pathways to Education Canada, the award-winning social innovation founded in Toronto’s Regent Park. Building and leading multiple functions, including HR, marketing, communications, and fundraising, and working closely with Boards of Directors and Committees, Elizabeth has a history of achievement in professionalizing operations and designing systems that are aligned to organizational purpose and scale. Most recently, as the lead HR executive at Pathways, Elizabeth led the development of a comprehensive people and culture function to support the organization’s significant growth – designing and implementing foundational programs in performance management, compensation, learning, and employee engagement. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montreal’s McGill University, is a Myers-Briggs Type Inventory® Certified Practitioner, and a member of HRPA Canada.
