This one-day session is intended to provide participants with insights into their leadership styles and to provide guidance on the further development of their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through a combination of best practice theory, tools, role-playing activities and feedback sessions, participants will assess their individual styles and develop an understanding of how to effectively interact with colleagues and team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is ideal for someone who is interested in moving into a leadership role or who is currently in a leadership role and would like feedback on their style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
